About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our accounting and auditing firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities include:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the accounting and auditing sector.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the accounting and auditing industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing processes, and industry regulations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
